Tower Tours

We offer in-depth tours of St Mary's Old Church, where you can learn about the history of the church and the surrounding area and have a chance to climb the stairs to the top of the tower for stunning panoramic views of the beautiful Bedfordshire countryside. 

Tower tour groups can be up to 10 people.  The stairs are very steep and winding, and the viewing platform is grated (to allow rain through) so it is unadvisable for anyone who is severely claustraphobic or suffers from vertigo or a fear of heights or has mobility issues.

Clophill Heritage Trust does ask for a minimum donation of £5 per person for the tour, and if you are able to complete a gift aid form on arrival it is much appreciated.
